What does the assessment cost?
Nothing. The site assessment is free, and it doesn't commit you to anything. If a Hako machine isn't the right fit for your site, we'll tell you that too.
How long does it take?
Typically 30–60 minutes depending on the size of your site. We work around your operation — early, late or between shifts.
Why isn't there pricing on your website?
Because the honest answer is "it depends on your site". Machine, configuration, brushes, batteries and service plan all change the number. The assessment exists so your quote reflects what you actually need — not a padded one-size-fits-all price.
Where do you operate?
We're based at 8 Saturn Place, Rosedale, Auckland, with sales and service support nationwide.
Can we see a machine working before deciding?
Yes — if the assessment points to a particular model, we can arrange a demonstration on your own floor so you see it on your surfaces, not ours.
