The information we collect

Divergent NZ Limited (“we”, “us” and “our”) may collect personal information from you when you communicate or interact with us such as when you:

  • the make and model of the products you have purchased from us; and

While we do not collect personal information about you if you only visit our website, we do analyse non-identifiable web traffic data in order to help improve our website. This information does not identify you personally and is not linked to any personal information that you may have provided.

What we use this information for

We will store your personal information we collect from you in accordance with our obligations under the Privacy Act 2020 and will take reasonable steps to ensure the security of your personal information.  Your personal information may be stored on servers owned by our computing infrastructure provider(s), under an account we control.
