What we stock
Brushes and pads — disc and cylindrical brushes, in the grades that suit your floor. The wrong brush grade will polish dirt into a surface or wear a coating off it.
Squeegee blades — the single most common wear part on any scrubber-drier, and the one that quietly ruins drying performance long before anyone notices the machine is "not working as well as it used to".
Filters — dust filters for sweepers, water and vacuum filtration for scrubbers. Also the part most often neglected, and the one that costs you the most when it is.
Batteries and chargers — including guidance on whether your usage now justifies a lithium upgrade.
Seals, hoses and hydraulics — the parts that fail with age rather than with use.
Consumables and chemicals — including dosing systems that apply the right amount rather than a capful and a guess.
Why genuine parts, honestly
The pattern-part argument is always about the unit price, and on a squeegee blade the unit price genuinely is lower. What it does not account for is that a blade with the wrong hardness leaves streaks, a brush with the wrong fill wears the floor coating, and a non-genuine filter that lets fine dust through will cost you a motor.
We are not going to pretend every pattern part is bad. We will tell you which ones we have seen cause real damage, and on the rest we will let the price and the lifespan speak for themselves.
How to order
- Tell us the machine — model and serial number if you have it. A photo of the machine plate works perfectly.
- Tell us the part — or describe the symptom. Streaking, poor pick-up, dust blowing out the back: we can usually name the part from the symptom.
- We confirm and ship — from Auckland stock where we hold it, direct from Hako Germany where we do not.

Most of the parts on this page are wear items with a predictable life. A preventative maintenance agreement replaces them on schedule, during a planned visit, instead of during a breakdown on a Friday afternoon.
